I can't get my Pepsi login to stick, it always just says "Welcome"

The Pepsi login works by cookies stored in your browser. With normal security settings everything should be fine, but if you've increased your browser's paranoia (with settings like "disallow 3rd party cookies") it will make voting difficult or impossible. For best results, just enable cookies as the browser intended -- they take much more significant steps to keep your information safe and cookies are really not dangerous.

Why does my browser sometimes go to the SAFECOUNT survey?

Pepsi is using a service called SAFECOUNT which prevents people from illegally automating the voting. One of the consequences is that they popup this survey randomly, and it's annoying! To dismiss it, click the red "Skip this Survey" link in the top right.

What browsers are supported?

If you have a choice of web browsers, Chrome and Safari are your best bets followed by Firefox. Internet Explorer 6 is unlikely to work, 7 may work, and 8+ should work.
